Your Role as an iOS Chapter Lead

As an iOS Chapter Lead at ABN AMRO, you will be responsible for leading a team of iOS developers and engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. Your primary focus will be on technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge
  • Guiding the development of the iOS chapter, including setting technical direction and ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy
  • Collaborating with other chapters and teams to share knowledge and best practices
  • Actively participating in knowledge sharing and community building through hosting events and workshops
  • Aligning with the IT Lead to ensure technical direction and strategy are aligned
  • Fostering a healthy working environment and culture within the chapter
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and innovations
