Product Designer

Your goal is to support employees at Picnic, enabling them to offer the best possible service to our customers. To do this, you'll need to untangle and simplify highly complex logistical processes, solve difficult problems, and leverage and empower our employees.
Every project you'll work on will involve taking design ownership of products and supporting our users, from order pickers to operational managers to delivery runners. You'll operate within highly complex systems to deliver effective, user-focused solutions that fulfill both human and business needs.
You'll use qualitative user research to make effective design decisions, supported by our UX research team. You'll evaluate your work with real users frequently and take projects all the way from problem analysis to UI details and documentation, using your end-to-end design skills.
You'll also support our talented developers to ensure the best UX code and learn and grow through the continuous feedback and mentoring of seasoned UX designers and researchers.

About You
You are an opinionated designer who strives for perfection. The prospect of working in an environment where your designs are quickly developed and hypotheses are qualitatively tested excites you.
You're excited about simplifying people's lives with respect to their values and have a solid understanding of sketching UI concepts with great eye for detail. You're confident using Figma and fluent in English speaking and writing.
You have 0-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant design field. Your portfolio showcases user-centered design cases with solid explanations.
