Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries and requests.
- Monitor and manage the departmental email box, ensuring all client communications are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Commercial Support activities, including follow-up actions and client requests.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures to ensure client regulatory and contractual deliverables are met.
- Participate in audits and risk control self-assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key client contacts, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Utilize SalesForce to maintain accurate client information and support sales processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in SalesForce and other relevant software applications.
