About the Job

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Engineer to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our ERP squad, you will be responsible for supporting crucial business processes and helping to deliver high-end radar installations to navies around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize ERP applications to expertly facilitate business processes and end-users.
  • Maintain ERP applications through service management, incident management, demand and requirement management.
  • Understand business requirements and coordinate and support the business with testing and integrating system/process change.
  • Oversee all departments that use ERP applications and help them understand dependencies and how the different processes relate to each other.
About You
  • Minimally a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in ERP (preferably Oracle EBS).
  • Experience as an ERP IT-consultant/IT-engineer or Application Administrator.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile working.
  • Pursues transparency and predictability.
  • Eager to prevent and fix issues and constantly improve.
  • Excellent analytical skills and able to see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills; finds the question behind the question.
  • Talks on different levels within the organization.
