We offer an estimated salary of €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an ERP Implementation Specialist at Thales, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes and ensuring seamless integration of our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and optimize our ERP applications, including Oracle EBS and Primavera project planning tools.

Key tasks include:

  • Optimizing ERP applications to facilitate business processes and end-users
  • Maintaining ERP applications through Service Management, incident management, demand & requirement management
  • Understanding business requirements and coordinating and supporting the business with testing and integrating system/process change
  • Overseeing all departments that use ERP applications and helping them understand dependencies and how different processes relate to each other
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimally a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in ERP (preferably Oracle EBS)
  • Experience as an ERP IT-consultant/IT-engineer or Application Administrator
  • Knowledge of financial processes and projects is a plus
  • Experience with Agile working
  • Pursues transparency & predictability
  • Eager to prevent and fix issues and constantly improve
  • Excellent analytical skills and able to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication skills; finds the question behind the question
  • Talks on different levels within the organization
