About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to join our team at PaymentGenes. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for providing dedicated implementation support for our top strategic and commercially important enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to completion, following clear and well-maintained project plans.
- Present project reports and updates to key stakeholders at quarterly business review meetings.
- Work creatively with merchants and colleagues to achieve and maintain market-leading payment solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for merchants and colleagues, working with individuals internally and externally to resolve incidents and put in place measures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Become a subject matter expert on e-commerce payment processing and all gateway products/services, maintaining and sharing knowledge with the wider team through documentation and training sessions.
- Awareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry and wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies, etc.
- Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for onboarding, testing, and launch for Tier 1 and 2 strategic merchants.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in managing projects and presenting, experience working within a technical team/role, experience handling complex customer technical integrations, and experience managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateway implementation, subscription platforms, and experience with at least one programming/scripting language. Knowledge of database technologies and experience with reading server logs via SPLUNK. Multi-lingual, multi-cultural (French, German, Spanish, Italian).
