We zoeken een ervaren communicatiestrateeg om ons team te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft een sterke achtergrond in communicatie en kan effectief communiceren met diverse doelgroepen. De functie omvat het adviseren over en uitvoeren van communicatie-activiteiten die bijdragen aan de veiligheid en de informatiestromen binnen onze regio.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • We adviseren over en ontwikkelen van communicatiestrategieën voor onze regio.
  • We ontwikkelen en implementeren van communicatieplannen voor diverse projecten en campagnes.
  • We schrijven en beheren van content voor diverse communicatiekanalen (website, social media, nieuwsbrieven, persberichten).
  • We organiseren van persconferenties en andere communicatie-evenementen.
  • We beheren van de interne en externe communicatie van onze regio.
  • We monitoren van media en sociale media voor relevante ontwikkelingen.
  • We samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen onze regio.
  • We bijdragen aan crisiscommunicatie in geval van noodsituaties.
Kwalificaties

Eisen (Vereisten):

  • HBO- of WO-opleiding in Communicatie, Journalistiek of een relevant vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Communicatiestrateeg.
  • Kennis van verschillende communicatiekanalen en -technieken.
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van communicatiestrategieën.
  • Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden en redactionele vaardigheden.
  • Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.

Wensen (Gewenste Kwalificaties):

  • Ervaring met crisiscommunicatie.
  • Kennis van de veiligheidssector.
  • Ervaring met het werken in een complexe organisatiestructuur.
  • Ervaring met het werken met digitale communicatietools.
  • Netwerk binnen de communicatiesector.

We bieden een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4500,- en €6500,- afhankelijk van je niveau en ervaring. Ons bedrijf biedt ook interessante secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en career development mogelijkheden.
