Job Overview

Carnival Corporation and plc, a leading cruise ship operator, seeks an experienced Electrical Instructors to join its team at CSMART.


Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to ship-board technical staff focusing on Crew Resource Management, current technologies, and procedures achieved by training and simulations.
  • Develop courses and new procedures to be implemented onboard ships while keeping up to date with current practices and technology.
  • Liaise with Operations Support and other instructors to ensure everything is prepared prior to start of courses.

Requirements & Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a 1st Engineer or similar role in Marine Engineering is required.
  • Experience as a Senior Engineer / Superintendent and Subject Matter Experts (SME) in Marine Engineering is highly valued.
  • Cruise Ship experience is preferred.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, networks, and MS Office365.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a multi-cultural team.
