Job Title: Nautical Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nautical Instructor to join our team at CSMART. As a Nautical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our students, ensuring they receive the best possible education and training in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training programs to students, utilizing your expertise in nautical and technical subjects.
  • Develop and maintain course materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to the industry.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and course administrators to ensure a smooth and efficient training process.
  • Conduct course evaluations and provide feedback to students and course administrators.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to your teaching and course development.
Requirements and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a nautical or technical field, with a strong background in ship handling and operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and developing effective course materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
