Pulitzer Amsterdam is a unique hotel with 223 guest rooms, a bar, café, and restaurant. We are a team of motivated, passionate, and genuine people who create everlasting memories for our guests.

The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guestrooms, public areas, and gardens within the hotel premises. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including room cleaning, turndown service, maintenance of public spaces, and liaison with other departments for seamless operations.

Your Role:

  1. Clean guestrooms thoroughly, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Conduct turndown service during evenings to prepare rooms for the night.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of public areas and gardens.
  3. Manage heart of the house areas, including linen distribution and stocking service closets.
  4. Identify areas requiring additional cleaning or supplies and communicate effectively.
  5. Collaborate with Engineering to report defects and Food & Beverage department for cleaning different outlets.
  6. Follow proper procedures for separating garbage and instructions accurately.

Requirements:

  1. Flexible availability to work shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  2. Physical strength and endurance to stand, walk, and lift equipment throughout the shift.
  3. Effective communication skills in English.

Estimated Salary: €2800 - €3500 per month (€34,000 - €42,000 per year) depending on experience and qualifications.
