Sales Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met, and contributing to the design and development of custom products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
  • Manage and interpret technical requirements of distributors and direct customers
  • Calculate quotations and prepare technical drawings
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
  • Record and maintain client contact data
  • Coordinate customer projects from inception to completion
  • Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and conferences
  • Provide technical assistance and product education to customers
  • Solve client problems by recommending the most appropriate products
  • Assist in the design of custom-made products to meet specific customer needs
  • Provide training and create support materials for distributors
  • Collaborate with the Production Department to verify designs using machinery
Key Requirements
  • An Engineering degree, ideally in Electronics Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in using design software to produce technical drawings
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a resilient and tenacious attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written is required, knowledge of Dutch language is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • A full driving license is required
  • Willingness to work on-site from our Eindhoven facility
