About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and versatile Solutions Marketing Strategist to strengthen our position in the market as a specialist Fixed Income boutique.


The successful candidate will support our commercial ambition with a focus on alternative Fixed Income and PR, managing marketing communications and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective, creative marketing strategies to promote our focus products, including responsible investing, alternative Fixed Income, and core Fixed Income.
  • Analyse our business strategies and understand the needs and challenges of our clients and prospects.
  • Translate our strategy into compelling positioning for our focus products and lead initiatives to improve their presentation and perception.
  • Build and promote the unique selling points of our leading investment platforms and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related requests and opportunities.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in asset management marketing, preferably across international markets, with a focus on institutional audiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and client bases.
  • Strong problem-solving and writing skills, with sound creative judgment.
  • Ability to present complex financial ideas and information in a concise and compelling manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a relentless commitment to improving standards.
  • Ability to apply strategic and creative thinking to inform approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a disciplined, well-organised approach to work.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
