Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Are you an experienced leader looking to take your career to the next level? As a Warehouse Supervisor at DSV, you will be responsible for managing a team of around 20 employees, including four team leaders. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse, while maintaining a sharp eye on processes, KPIs, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and oversee KPIs
Analyse data and translate it into concrete actions for improvement
Handle absenteeism and conduct development discussions
Resolve operational issues, such as broken seals or system failures

Requirements:
Experience in a logistics 3PL environment
Strong command of the English language
Knowledge of WMS, management information, and KPIs
Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional weekend shifts
