About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage the operational running of our Mainframe and MES landscape in TSN. This is a challenging role where you will witness Legacy platforms being transformed, oversee a complex MES system for Ijmuiden, and manage supply chain planning and scheduling applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in the Applications Maintenance and Support Team, as part of the TSN IT Operations department.
  • Manage and evaluate external vendors on providing contracted services according to processes, policies, security, and quality guidelines.
  • Set priorities, challenge provided solutions, secure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement for the provided services.
  • Ensure all KPIs are met for all services being provided by our external vendors.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to transform the complex mainframe landscape as much as possible.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure better services and project deliveries.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor degree, preferably in IT or Business Administration.
  • Sound experience in managing SLAs or Vendors.
  • Knowledge of or interest in ITIL processes.
  • The ability to speak and write at least basic Dutch, fluency in English is required.
What We Offer
  • A one-year contract with the possibility to permanent.
  • A salary that depends on your education and experience up to €8204.50 gross per month.
  • Very interesting secondary terms such as a variable profit sharing and a fixed end-of-year bonus of 2% and 8% holiday allowance.
  • Minimum of 25 vacation days and 11.5 days ADV.
