About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Expansion Strategist to join our team at Aquablu.
As a key member of our expansion team, you will be responsible for exploring new market opportunities in Northern Europe. Your primary goal will be to uncover potential partners and market trends through thorough research.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner companies.
Responsibilities include leading high-stakes negotiations, overseeing contract development, and working closely with our CEO and COO to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring partnerships to life and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore new market opportunities in Northern Europe
- Identify potential partners and market trends through research
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner companies
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with potential partners
- Oversee contract development and review process
- Collaborate with CEO and COO to drive strategic growth initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in market expansion or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
