We are a pioneering company, bringing bespoke gifting experiences to global brands. Our Netherlands operation is expanding rapidly, and we're seeking an exceptional team leader to spearhead our Fulfilment Team.

About the Role

This exciting position entails overseeing the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of customised products. Your expertise will be pivotal in cultivating a positive, motivated work environment, driving efficiency, and guaranteeing high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fulfilment Team with a forward-thinking approach, allocating tasks, implementing new efficiencies, and setting the tone for a productive working environment.
  • Prioritise product personalisation using our advanced machinery, such as embossing phone cases or embroidering bespoke logos onto branded jumpers.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks across each level of fulfilment to ensure all orders meet the highest standards.
  • Ensure prompt shipping and tracking of parcels, guaranteeing timely dispatch within specified turnaround times.
  • Effectively manage the team, providing constructive feedback, ad-hoc guidance, and conducting staff appraisals.
  • Manage stock handling via our inventory platform, Unleashed, and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Provide operational support to the Customer Service team by resolving escalated complaints swiftly.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team on local sourcing requirements.
  • Oversee the hiring process for new NL staff members and identify necessary staff training opportunities.
  • Own Fulfilment KPIs and report on regional performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment, ensuring the space remains efficient at all times.
  • Liaise with our UK team, including meeting with the Managing Director, Founder, and Heads of Departments to discuss operational intricacies and propose solutions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven managerial experience, leading teams with enthusiasm, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating inspiring motivation.
  • A can-do attitude, coupled with a proactive approach, focusing on innovative solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Attention to detail, anticipating problems, and providing effective solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in ecommerce software like Shopify, Unleashed, Monday.com, and familiarity with machinery such as heat-press, engraving, and embroidery.
  • A high level of spoken English, as our team comes from diverse backgrounds.
  • The right to work in the Netherlands, with a valid passport for travel to and from London.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, thriving under pressure, and excelling in busy, dynamic settings.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of €42,000 - €50,000 per year, dependent on relevant experience, along with additional perks, including 25 days holiday, paid leave on bank holidays, employee discount, art pass, birthday leave, finder's fee, loan-a-bicycle, and tax-free travel allowance.
