Operational Excellence in Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at ASML, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain management processes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of operational activities related to material availability, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of goods to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Material Availability and Logistics: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to meet customer demands, managing forward and reverse flow activities, and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including escalation channels, 3PL partners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on operational targets and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports to support decision-making, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, preferably in a large international company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.

What We Offer:

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at ASML, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits such as a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Work Environment:

You will be based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This flexible work arrangement allows for a great balance between work and personal life.
