Electrical Coordinator for Yacht Projects

Job Summary:

Oceanco is seeking an experienced Electrical Coordinator to join its team of experts in yacht building. As an Electrical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and realise in time availability of all electrical documents for assigned technical discipline.
  • Develop a detailed planning and delivery schedule for electrical documentation.
  • Act as first point of contact for Regulatory Authorities, Owner's Representative, Designers and Subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow, both internally and externally.
  • Lead, develop and motivate functionally assigned team of subordinate in-house professionals.
  • Coordinate the electrical package to the level of production information and remains content responsible throughout the building process.

Requirements:

  • Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience (MBO+) related in the electrical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience preferably in maritime industry and/or yacht building industry.
  • Minimum 5 year experience within the specific technical discipline.
  • Decisive, persuasive, customer-oriented competences.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience related to electrical expertise.
  • Knowledge of MS office applications, AutoCad.
  • A good command of written and spoken English.
