About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team at Ageras. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to clients via chat, phone, and webinars, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant stakeholders, helping us improve our product and services.
  • Assist with bug reporting, gathering relevant customer information to help our development teams reproduce and fix issues.
  • Manage customer reviews and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Support clients with platform migration, onboarding, and data transfer.
  • Provide second-line support to accountants, helping them with complex functions and bookkeeping areas.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience working with mobile applications and digital solutions.
