Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our Pricing and Revenue Management team at SKIM. As a Research Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our business, working closely with clients to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead research studies from design to implementation, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction
- Supervise and mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, contributing to their growth and career development
- Contribute to the development and refinement of industry-leading proprietary tools and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving long-term partnerships and growth
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement revenue growth and pricing strategies
- 4-6 years of experience in market research, preferably in pricing and revenue management
- Strong analytical and data science skills, with experience in conjoint and multivariate analysis
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex business insights and recommendations
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on approach
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to deliver results
