About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions by our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our software solutions to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business or IT-related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proven track record of success in customer success or account management
