About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our Technical Documentation department at Damen Shipyards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring all our projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project management and technical documentalists.
  • Analyze and identify bottlenecks in the planning process, proposing improvements and solutions to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide regular progress updates and forecast information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow analysis to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience with planning tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
