About the Role

At Mondu, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences to businesses using our payment solutions. Our Operations Team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and our services. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues, collaborating with internal teams, and providing top-notch support to our customers.

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with an initial contract of 6 months. You'll have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams from various departments, such as Customer Success, Accounting, and Product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support across multiple channels.
  • Develop creative problem-solving approaches and take ownership of customer projects.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels and at different stages of their customer journey.
  • Exceed customer expectations by taking responsibility for their problems and finding suitable solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize available tools for issue resolution and propose improvements to tools and processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, friendly, and diplomatic approach.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and good English language skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or operations, along with familiarity with helpdesk applications (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.), is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Attentiveness and a natural inclination to assist others when needed.
  • Commitment to precise and open communication.
  • Speaking German would be a plus.
