About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team at Ageras. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to clients via chat, phone, and webinars, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant stakeholders, contributing to the improvement of our product and services.
- Assist clients in migrating to our platform, including onboarding and transferring data from other systems.
- Manage review platforms and respond to customer reviews to maintain a positive online presence.
- Facilitate the transfer of opening balances and other data from other systems to ours.
- Provide second-line support to help accountants with complex functions or bookkeeping areas.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, customer support, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mobile applications, digital solutions, and accounting knowledge is a plus.
