The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Engineer to lead technical experiments and projects aimed at continuously enhancing our products. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using modern technologies
- Collaborate with Design/Backend teams to deliver optimized UI/UX
- Analyze data and drive business decisions through reliable and reproducible analyses
- Work across the product, helping to develop and test features that drive activation, engagement, and retention
- Lead a frontend team to write clean and reusable code with good documentation
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability and accessibility
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend-focused Software Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular), along with Webpack and TypeScript
- Strong experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Understanding of Mobile-First & Responsive Web Design principles
- Experience with headless CMS platforms and server-side rendering (SSR)
- Ability to multitask, effectively managing multiple small and large projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to pivot strategies based on experimentation results
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
