Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team to support the local growth of both our Engineering & Product teams. At Adyen, we believe in giving you the opportunity to implement ideas, learn and place your career in your hands.
As a Recruitment Business Partner at Adyen, you will work closely with tech hiring teams, to find, select, and hire the talented engineering workforce of Adyen.
Key Responsibilities
You will build the whole hiring strategy with Engineering teams and lead full-cycle recruitment. You will hire for our global Tech Hubs spread across NORAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will source and build relationships with your own candidates and be creative about new ways of sourcing.
You will attract, screen and engage talent that fit with our company culture. You will build a strong relationship with stakeholders, hiring managers and hiring teams.
Ideal Candidate
You are passionate about technical recruitment and understanding. You use data to support your decisions and build your hiring strategies. You have a high level of self-motivation; you're someone who is able to define structure and prioritize.
You are internationally minded, but European working hours. Experience hiring Product Managers internationally is a big plus.
