About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Finance team at Prodrive Technologies. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for preparing and improving our monthly board report, providing key steering information to our Management and Supervisory board.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with experience in preparing external financial reports and a deep understanding of IFRS. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and improve the monthly board report, providing key steering information to our Management and Supervisory board
- Engage and interact with the leadership team, controllers and Management board to understand the story behind the figures, to provide context and narrative to the monthly board report
- Coordinate the preparation of Prodrive's IFRS annual report and statutory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure the accuracy of financial statements
- Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts, contributing to informed decision-making by stakeholders
- Play a key role in contributing to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, incorporating relevant metrics into our reporting framework
- Implement report automation techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate these indicators effectively
