About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at Neways Electronics International NV. As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability by analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, cost price calculations, and forecasting
  • Develop and implement financial planning and reporting processes
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gain insight into financial transactions and their consequences
  • Participate in cross-entity projects to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Controller with:

  • A Bachelor or master's degree in economics or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in a production environment
  • Expertise in financial planning and reporting processes
  • Strong knowledge of business process management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Knowledge of BI dashboarding and analytics
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
