About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at Neways Electronics International NV. As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct complex financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Gain a deep understanding of our ERP system and its financial implications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree in economics or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in a production environment
  • Expertise in financial planning and reporting processes
  • Strong knowledge of business process management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Knowledge of BI dashboarding and analytics
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
