Job Description

As a Clinical Trial Assistant within our full-service model, you will have the opportunity to embrace your passion for a specific therapeutic area and work with cutting-edge technology developed specifically for CTAs.

We offer an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about clinical trials and wants to contribute their skills and knowledge in this field. This role will give you the chance to work closely with our experienced team members and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the clinical team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that track site compliance and performance within project timelines. You will also assist with preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.

You will be responsible for tracking and managing Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow. Additionally, you may accompany Clinical Research Associates on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training and with required approval.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
  • Knowledge of applicable protocol requirements as provided in company training
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including excellent command of English and Dutch language
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
