Customer Journey Expert for Investments

Investments is looking for a Customer Journey Expert to join our team and help us expand our platform to Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding the Italian investment proposition on our shared platform, which is based in the Netherlands. This involves working closely with Italian colleagues to translate the Italian proposition into journeys offered by our platform, determining gaps between the current proposition in Italy and our way of working, and engaging with stakeholders to determine what is necessary for go live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine the gaps between the current proposition in Italy and the way we work in the Netherlands and Belgium;
  • Engage with stakeholders to determine what is necessary for go live for the first Italian deliverable, what we will take as improvements and which features don't fit the strategy anymore;
  • Translate these requirements into a roadmap with clear timelines, that helps meet a timely enrollment of Italy to our platform;
  • Create stories together with IT according to the roadmap and test the deliveries;
  • Engage your Italian colleagues, so they are involved and understand the way of working.

Requirements

  • Current residency in the Netherlands;
  • Excellent English and Dutch skills both verbally and written;
  • Pastion for investments;
  • Strong affinity with Business to IT;
  • Like to work in a complex environment;
  • Digital first mindset;
  • Handle pressure and keep on smiling;
  • Like to do stakeholder management;
  • Context switching is your thing;
  • Not afraid to proactively contact people;
