Business Product Owner

Job Description:
The Product Owner plays a key role in defining the product vision and prioritizing the backlog in close collaboration with the Chief Product Owner and various internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will drive the realization of the project execution plan, balancing priorities, development risks, and deployment considerations, while taking into account the 'Triple Constraints' (scope, time, and budget).
This position requires a strong self-drive, excellent stakeholder management, and continuous fine-tuning of the Change Management component of the plan.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Over 3 years of experience in a project management or product owner role, with a preference for relevant experience in managing and implementing Change in large, decentralized organizations.

High-level interpersonal and organizational sensitivity, empathy, and ability to 'read' people.
Excellent ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with a global footprint.

Responsibilities:
Translate customer requirements into a concrete plan with milestones and timings.
Adjust the plan to changing business needs and effectively implement it with the team.
Convince, inspire, and motivate people, and challenge stakeholders on business needs and project priorities.
Context:
The Product Owner reports to the Manager of the CS CSCM Program and Business Performance.
Interfaces with various parties in ASML, including CS nPGP program management, Global Business Adoption team, local field organizations, and supporting departments.
