About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Digital Account Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction for clients across various digital channels.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring data-driven innovation of media mix and formats, while also providing key support for effective communication of client requests. You will be responsible for quality control of all client output and targets, as well as supporting Business Development teams to achieve incremental income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction for clients across various digital channels
  • Ensure data-driven innovation of media mix and formats
  • Provide key support for effective communication of client requests
  • Quality control of all client output and targets
  • Support Business Development teams to achieve incremental income
  • Challenge and critique media plans before presenting to clients
  • Awareness of trading parameters to be planned within client plans
  • Team management and leadership
  • Identify strengths and areas of development of team members
  • Develop tailored training and development roadmaps for team members
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role working with digital media channels
  • Confident planning and buying across several media platforms
  • Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts
  • Experience working at strategic level and making recommendations
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
