About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Digital Account Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction for our clients, ensuring data-driven innovation of media mix and formats, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clients across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of client requests and quality control of client output.
  • Support Business Development teams to achieve incremental income and challenge and critique media plans before presenting to clients.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, identifying strengths and areas of development, and developing tailored training and development roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior media owners and run client meetings with media owners.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role, working with digital media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video.
  • Confident planning and buying across multiple media platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, Meta advertising, The Trade Desk, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts, with experience working at a strategic level and making recommendations.
  • Team management experience, developing skillsets of junior team members and progressing them in their careers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and presentations.
