Senior High Voltage Systems Engineer

As a seasoned engineer with a focus on high-voltage systems, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal performance of high-voltage vehicle systems throughout various stages including development, testing, production, and series production. You will also be instrumental in defining and improving electrical systems and components within the comprehensive electrical architecture of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). This includes creating documentation for diagnostic tools utilized in production and dealer assessments.
Your role will require close collaboration with fellow engineers across multiple departments, acting as a key intermediary between suppliers and internal teams. You will concentrate on precise specification of system requirements (both hardware and software), monitor supplier progress, initiate and manage system testing, and provide updates to management regarding development milestones.
Qualifications- A degree in HTS/TU Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with high-voltage electrical and electronic systems in vehicles.
- Understanding of CAN network applications within automotive systems.
- Excellent collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in coordination and planning is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
