Position Overview

As a seasoned engineer focused on high-voltage systems, your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the optimal performance of high-voltage vehicle systems throughout the various stages of development, testing, production, and mass production. You will also be instrumental in defining and improving electrical systems and components within the comprehensive electrical architecture of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), including the creation of documentation for diagnostic tools utilized in production and dealer assessments.

Your role will require close collaboration with other engineers across multiple departments, acting as the intermediary between suppliers and internal teams. You will concentrate on precise specification of system requirements (both hardware and software), monitor supplier advancements, initiate and supervise system testing, and provide management with updates regarding development progress.

Qualifications
  • A degree in HTS/TU Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with high-voltage electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
  • Understanding of CAN network applications within automotive systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in coordination and planning is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
