About the RoleWe're seeking a high-energy Product Manager to spearhead the growth of our WealthTech solutions. If you have a solid track record in wealth and/or asset management and understand European market needs, this is your chance to make a significant impact. As a Product Manager, you'll shape innovative solutions, working closely with development, sales, and consulting teams to bridge customer needs with powerful tech execution.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and potential customers to define and prioritize country-specific requirements for the European expansion of Infront Wealth Management.
- Work with development teams across Europe to ensure high-quality product implementation tailored to each market.
- Represent Infront as the public face, delivering persuasive presentations and representing the product at customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
- Be the solution ambassador, championing Infront Wealth management solutions, both towards customers and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting wealth management and banking in Europe.
- Collaborate with the Wealth Management leadership team to align and implement strategic priorities.
- Proven experience in wealth management and/or asset management industries.
- Deep understanding of European market needs, particularly in Benelux and DACH regions.
- Expertise in translating customer needs and value into clear product solutions and requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a persuasive public speaking style.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in software development and sales.
- Knowledge of WealthTech, FinTech, and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple country-specific requirements for European market expansion.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends impacting wealth management and banking in Europe.
- Strong collaboration skills with leadership and technical teams across multiple countries.
- Desire to innovate and drive product development in a fast-growing FinTech environment.
