About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Director Investor Relations Europe Transformation Lead. This individual will be responsible for driving investor relations initiatives and developing strategies to enhance communication with the investment community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations plans to align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations on investor engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all disclosure regulations and guidelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain consistent external messaging
  • Lead the planning and execution of investor events, conferences, and roadshows
  • Manage quarterly earnings disclosures and logistics
  • Analyze investor feedback and perceptions to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with Business Development on strategic partnerships and mergers & acquisitions
  • Support the preparation of SEC filings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and sell-side research analysts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; strong understanding of accounting and financial modeling
  • A professional, outgoing personality with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
