About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Intern to join our team at Zoku, a dynamic and innovative company that offers a unique blend of hospitality and community. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will play a key role in applying the Zoku brand image across our locations in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna, and Paris.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new designs, improving existing ones, and producing marketing materials, branded items, and artwork for all locations.
  • Collaborate with the Branding team on various projects, including event posters, flyers, promotional kits, presentations, press kits, and more.
  • Bring your artistic skills to the table to create patterns, artwork designs, and graphic prints.
  • Support the Marketing team with content, including updating the website and creating social media assets.

Requirements
  • Strong experience in graphic design, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus).
  • An eye for color and a willingness to get artsy.
  • Enthusiasm, humor, and friendliness (we promise we are too).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, constantly looking for improvements to our brand.
  • Reliability and stress-proof, with the ability to handle many different tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A perfectionist, minding the details.
  • Some experience in photography and a good eye for editing photos (it's a plus).
What We're Looking For
  • You're studying at an MBO+, HBO (college), or Master's program, or completing a placement year in Graphic Design, Communication, or Branding.
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for the Netherlands.
  • You need to do a mandatory internship as part of your curriculum, minimum 6 months.
  • You are available full-time / minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • You are available to start in March 2025.
