Job Title: Customer Service Medewerker
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Medewerker. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Minimum MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with TMS systems is an asset.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary according to TLN CAO.
- Salary range: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses.
- Potential for a permanent contract.
