Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Undutchables. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B customers in the healthcare industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders in our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and create shipments in our ERP system, including shipping documentation, based on scheduled sales orders.
  • Proactively inform customers about product availability and order status.
  • Signal impending stock shortages to our procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers on delivery, availability, and lead times.
  • Invoice delivered goods to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and administrative qualities to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain regular communication with Clinical Sales Staff to stay informed about existing and upcoming business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • MBO+ level education.
  • Native level of French and excellent level of English.
  • Familiarity with the French healthcare system and tender experience is highly valued.
  • Punctual and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to take responsibility for orders from receipt to dispatch.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central is a plus.
