Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Supply Intern to join our international headquarters in Utrecht. As a member of our HR Supply team, you'll work closely with HR Managers and business stakeholders to support the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the roll-out of the annual Talent & Performance Cycle, including Objective Setting, Talent Review, Appraisals & Final Calibration
- Driving recruitment efforts with the Talent Acquisition Team
- Analyzing people analytics to inform data-driven decision making
- Organizing the annual Growth Carrousel event for over 400 associates
- Developing and implementing HR processes to support business objectives
As a HR Supply Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. You'll also have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We're looking for a candidate with strong MS Office skills, fluent English proficiency, and a structured approach to work. If you're a driven and energetic individual with excellent communication and people skills, we encourage you to apply.
Please note that this internship is only open to students enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. You must also be willing to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from September to February.
