About the Role

We're seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our Help Me Find team at Bol. As a key member of our product design team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to product design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize search and navigation journeys
  • Design and implement features that add value to the customer experience
  • Integrate advertisements in a way that enhances the overall experience
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on vision and strategy
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in product design
  • Strong understanding of design methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
