We zijn op zoek naar een Head van Credit Risk en Modelling die onze risicomanagementfunctie wil versterken. Als specialist voor credit risk management, adviseer je de directie over alle activiteiten rondom credit risk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van strategische prioriteiten, het ontwikkelen en implementeren van gegevensgestuurde modellen en tools om de risico's te analyseren.

Voorwaarden

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in credit risk management en ben gespecialiseerd in gegevensgestuurd risicomanagement. Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de financiële sector, kredietrisico's en modelleren. Bovendien heb je een sterke communicatieve vaardigheid en kun je eenvoudig met stakeholders werken.

Salaris

Ons salaris is gebaseerd op een 36-uur werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld en een Benefit Budget van 11% van je salaris. Het minimum salaris bedraagt €6.793 per maand en kan maximaal €9.704 per maand bedragen. Daarnaast bieden wij een persoonlijke ontwikkelingsbudget van €1.000 per jaar, een groepsverzekering en vijf weken vakantie per jaar.

  • Advies verstrekken over strategische richting en operationele keuzes.
  • Risicoanalyse uitvoeren en bijsluiten aan knelpunten.
  • Veranderingen identificeren en reageren op vraagstukken gerelateerd aan algemene zakelijke problemen en strategieën.
Eisen

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, moet je beschikken over:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in credit risk management.
  • Een goede kennis van data science en artificielle intelligentie.
  • Het vermogen om trends en patronen te herkennen en om tot nieuwe inzichten te komen.
  • Grote werkervaring met Microsoft Office, terwijl Excel-specifieke kennis vereist is.
  • Uitstekende manieren van communiceren (persoonlijk contact). Tekeningen van succes (op termijn) kunnen vergeven worden indien u tijdens dit proces handige suggesties spreekt voordat u uw benoeming start.
