Salary
The estimated gross monthly salary for this position is €6000. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits. You also receive five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year, as well as a personal development budget of €1,000 per year.
Job Description
As Operational Risk Manager, you will report directly to the Manager Risk Management of ICS. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating risk assessments across the organization, enhancing risk control measures, and providing clear expert opinions and recommendations to management on non-financial risk management issues. You will also prepare and present detailed risk reports, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and stay updated on emerging threats and trends in non-financial risk types.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with a Post HBO/Post Master in risk management or related field, or studying for one. A professional risk management certification such as PRM, CRMP, CRISC, CIA, or CRMA is preferred. You should have around 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
