Senior Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Risk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and risk-based approach.
- Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders on risk-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring our risk management practices remain compliant and effective.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with a strong background in financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Affinity with risk-based approach, client monitoring, and KYC/CDD.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
