The gross monthly salary for this position is approximately € 5,500, based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.

Job Description
As an Operational Risk Manager at ICS, a subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., you will facilitate risk assessments and enhance risk control measures across the organization. Your key responsibilities include providing expert opinions and recommendations to management, preparing and presenting detailed risk reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of managing Non-Financial risks, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. A professional risk management related certification, such as PRM, CRMP, or CRISC, is highly desirable. You should also have around 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, proven ability to assess control effectiveness, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
