Welcome to Perfetti Van Melle, a world-leading manufacturer and distributor of confectionery and chewing gum. We are seeking a highly skilled International Visibility Manager to lead our global visibility strategy and increase our presence, impact, and conversion in store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating our global brand and channel priorities into relevant and engaging visibility tools in store, including conceptualization, structures, design, materials, and production. This role requires a strong understanding of shopper marketing and the ability to work independently, showing willingness to take ownership, research solutions, and complete tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating PVM's global brand and channel priorities into relevant and engaging visibility tools in store
  • Identifying POSM solutions that can benefit multiple global/ regional markets and collaborating with brand and trade marketing teams and suppliers to design impactful and relevant POS materials per channel
  • Supplier management: coordinating across markets while driving cost efficiencies across brands and countries
  • Leading the maintenance and build usage of our global visibility DAM (Digital Asset Management tool)
  • Regularly connecting with local visibility teams to share insights, tools, and best practices

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in shopper marketing within an FMCG environment
  • Strong offline marketing skills, with a focus on visibility
  • Bachelor/Masters level thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong project management skills
