We work and grow as ONE team You will report into our Global Trade Marketing Director, part of our Customer Growth team and work closely with our trade marketing and sales teams globally.

Purpose of the position
As International Visibility Manager at Perfetti, you will lead our global Perfetti van Melle visibility strategy to increase Perfetti van Melle’s presence, impact, and conversion in store. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our global brand and channel priorities into relevant and engaging visibility tools in store, including conceptualization, structures, design, materials and in some cases, production. Internally, you will be our global expert when it comes to maximizing the results of our POSM. You will focus on developing and embedding POSM for global brands and new products. You will consolidate market needs, develop price and quality optimized solutions as well as consolidate volumes across markets to reach economies of scale. You will work closely with our internal design agency as well as external suppliers.

In short, your responsibilities look as follows:

Translating PVMs global brand and channel priorities into relevant and engaging visibility tools in store, Identify POSM solutions which can benefit multiple global / regional markets and Collaborate with brand and trade marketing teams and suppliers to design impactful and relevant POS materials per channel. Supplier management: Coordinate across markets, while driving cost efficiencies across brands and countries. Identify and partner with production agencies to source / procure visibility tools that meet Perfetti’s marketing requirements. Lead the maintenance and build usage of our global visibility DAM (Digital Asset Management tool) Regular connect with the local visibility teams to share insights, tools, and best practices

What we are looking for

You are experienced in the field of Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment: You are able to find your way in this work field independently, by showing willingness to take ownership, research solutions and complete task You are experienced in offline marketing (absolute must): This role focuses on offline visiblity and you know your way around this area of expertise Bachelor/Masters level thinking: You can think conceptually and are able to translate business needs into actionable solutions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills: You will work with a diverse range of (internal and external) stakeholders, spread globally. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You have strong project management skills to ensure everything is handled in time. Attention to detail: You are responsible for design specifications and quality. You are well able to ensure everything meets the necessary requirements You are willing to travel occasionally (+/- one time per month) to visit suppliers and/or local markets
