About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Visibility Manager to join our team at Perfetti Van Melle. As a key member of our Customer Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global visibility strategy to increase our presence, impact, and conversion in store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate our global brand and channel priorities into relevant and engaging visibility tools in store.
  • Identify POSM solutions that can benefit multiple global/ regional markets and collaborate with brand and trade marketing teams and suppliers to design impactful and relevant POS materials per channel.
  • Manage suppliers across markets, driving cost efficiencies across brands and countries, and identify and partner with production agencies to source/procure visibility tools that meet our marketing requirements.
  • Lead the maintenance and build usage of our global visibility DAM (Digital Asset Management tool).
  • Regularly connect with local visibility teams to share insights, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment, with the ability to find your way independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience in offline marketing, with a focus on offline visibility and knowledge of this area of expertise.
  • Bachelor/Masters level thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders globally.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Attention to detail, with responsibility for design specifications and quality.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to visit suppliers and/or local markets.
